JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 10.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 494, 498A/34 of the I.P.C.
The basic accusation is of torture and performing second marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not performed second marriage though statement to that effect has not been made in the petition.
A statement has been made in para 8 of the petition that petitioner is still ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour.
Considering the present stand of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13028 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 petitioner and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobarahiya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014.
