JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2014 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has appeared in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Amjad Ali. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in several other cases of similar nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13227 of 2015 (3) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. Krishna, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in Trial No.3410/2014 arising out of Semra P.S. Case No.51/2014 with the following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

The petitioner will report in Semra police station once in a fortnight till the pendency of the aforesaid case.

5.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
