Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the report dated 27.01.2022 has been received from the trial court and from the same, it appears that five out of seven chargesheeted witnesses have already been examined. The matter is at the stage of prosecution evidence and summon has been issued against remaining only one official witness (I.O). In view of the aforesaid circumstances, counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may indicate reasonable time frame for conclusion of the trial.

In view of the report and having considered the

APP (SJ) No.4051 of 2021(7) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 submission of the petitioner's counsel, this application is rejected with a direction that the trial court should proceed with the trial for its conclusion as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary adjournment or undue delay.
