JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks for a direction upon the respondent concerned to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for appointment on any suitable post on the ground that her father who was suffering from mental disorder, had taken voluntary retirement from his services. Though, the heading has been given "appointment on compassionate ground", it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not seeking appointment on compassionate ground but she is seeking appointment on any suitable post.
In view of the prayer made by the writ petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.707 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 petitioner within four weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
