By the impugned order, the court below, in view of Section 278 Sub-Section 1 Clause-b of the Indian Succession Act, has only directed the petitioner to add near relative of the deceased -testator as this application has been filed under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act., therefore, there is no question of interference in the impugned order arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
