No. 1724/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 04.05.2018, a direction has been issued to furnish surety bond before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, but the fact is that till date no confiscation proceeding has been initiated, therefore he is finding it difficult to get the vehicle released from the office of District Magistrate, Rohtas. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the satisfaction part of the order may be modified to the effect that the petitioner will furnish surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-On-Sone, Rohtas.

Let I.A. No. 1724/2018 be allowed to the extent that the order dated 04.05.2018 in so far as it

Patna High Court Cr.
