JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-03-2018 Seeking modification of an order passed by this Court on 12.10.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 14625 of 2017 and praying that instead of Bank Guarantee some other security be directed to be furnished, this application has been filed. The other prayer made in this application is to permit the petitioner to make correction in the name of village of the petitioner as Navtolia in place of Jagdishpur Kahua which has wrongly been typed in the writ petition.

So far permission to correct the name of the village of the petitioner is concerned, same is allowed and petitioner is

So far direction regarding Bank Guarantee is concerned, this Court has consistently in more than hundreds of cases issued identical orders and merely on the hardship of the petitioner no deviation can be made.

Accordingly, finding no ground for modification, the application stands disposed of.
