The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
