JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 The petitioner is seeking direction for implementation of the order dated 30.10.2013, passed in BLD.Case No. 64 of 2013-14 by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Darbhanga. Rule 30 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Rules, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Rules') provides for execution of an order passed under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14123 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 which is to be executed by the competent authority under the Act. The petitioner was evidently not approached the competent authority for execution of the order, in accordance with Rule 30 of the Rules.

2. This application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for execution/implementation of the order, in question.
