====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 25.2.2013 contained in Memo no. 254, 258, 272 and 274 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Buxar."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation of the petitioners, filed before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14982 of 2013(5) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 Sub-Divisional Officer, Buxar, is still pending, hence, he be directed to take appropriate decision upon the same. In view of the fact that the aforesaid representation was filed by the petitioners long back in the year, 2013, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation afresh, with regard to their subsisting grievances before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Buxar, which shall be considered by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Buxar, in accordance with law and appropriate decision shall be taken forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
