The petitioner has been accused in Mahila P.S. case No. 158 of 2015, which was registered on the basis of complaint petition filed by the informant on 01.08.2015, in respect of an occurrence, which is said to have taken place on 29.07.2015. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that mother of the petitioner lodged Muffasil (Mahadeva) P. S. case No. 302/2015 against maternal uncle of the informant of the present case on 30.07.2015 for causing injury to petitioner and after institution of the aforesaid case the maternal uncle of the informant set up her and got instituted the present case.
