Taking into consideration that it is a serious case of gang rape and there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he along with others, committed rape upon the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1012 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
