The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bibhutipur P. S. Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the first information report from which it would be manifest that it was the husband of the petitioner Kamal Kishor Kamal and some unknown persons, who shot at Braj Kishore Brajesh resulting into his death, the petitioner who is wife of aforesaid Kamal Kishor Kamal and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58359 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 said to be present at the place of occurrence is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera in Bibhutipur P. S. Case No. 02 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
