2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 1 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(6), 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals shot at and looted 150 gram of gold, 7 gram of silver and Rs. 20,000/- from the deceased. The FIR was registered against unknown.

4. During investigation, the material has surfaced to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in 13 similar and serious cases. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed in such a serious case.

8. From the records, it appears that the trial has started. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
