The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested in Gadhpura P.S. Case no. 50/2012 under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is confessed before the police and disclosed the name of other accused persons. Except the confession before the police there appears no other evidence. Similarly situated co-accused Saroj Sharma has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 1700 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10143 of 2015 (3) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case no. 25 of 2012.
