2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 22.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 8562 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lutua P.S. Case No.18 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner along with the informant Binod Kumar and others have looted Rs. 1,20,000/-.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 14.10.2023 having clean antecedent. The informant and other co-accused have been granted bail.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51222 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody and the antecedent, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Lutua P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kothi Police Station, District Gaya on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
