The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered, for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.09.2014. It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months for recovery of one loaded country made pistol and he has got one criminal case pending against him that too under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11449 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014.
