This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Magadh Medical College P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 is said to be the order giver and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have not assaulted anyone. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that co-accused Amit Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.38793 of 2020, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in
