Petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon ( Shivnarayanpur) P.S.Case No.159 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 411,412 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1) (b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, Two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 01.03.2021. Investigation has already been completed.` Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 159 of 2021.
