JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 400/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From co accused Purushottam Kamat arms were recovered and from the possession of the petitioner motorcycle suspected to be stolen was recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the registered owner of the motorcycle in question. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
