JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 The petitioner's counsel submits that some sympathetic consideration be accorded to the petitioner for her regular appointment since her husband had worked in the work charge establishment for around four years and in recognition of such work, she was also allowed to work under the work charge establishment.

Based on such facts, and in absence of any policy or resolution or decision supporting the petitioner's claim for grant of any benefit, the petitioner has no right to regular appointment or any relief, based on sympathetic consideration.
