The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224, 225, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he provided assistance to accused Ajay Sharma in fleeing away from the custody of the police. The accused was caught by the police party but the petitioner succeeded

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the co-accused Ajay Sharma. The alleged motorcycle was seized from the house of the petitioner which is very much clear from the CCTV footage. The petitioner is a student of Diploma course in Electrical Engineering and he has clean antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 540 of 2021,
