The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and Pintu Singh were apprehended by the police. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol from the left side of waist and another pistol from the right side of the waist and 30 cartridges were recovered. From the possession of Pintu Singh loaded musket was recovered. Pintu Singh has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2014, the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12383 of 2015 (4) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur (Garadih) P.S.
