JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition had made a complaint regarding disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.02.2013 passed in CWJC No. 1443 of 2012, whereby and where under the petitioner was directed to make a representation before the Managing Director of the respondent Housing Board and he was directed to pass a reasoned order on the said representation.

The learned counsel appearing for the Housing Board, Patna has filed a show cause and has referred to the order of the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna dated 14.11.2014, which has been passed in the case of the petitioner herein in compliance of the order dated 04.02.2013 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2113 of 2015 (6) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 CWJC No. 1443 of 2012.

In view of the aforesaid, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is not the present contempt petition but the petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the aforesaid order passed by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna. With the aforesaid observations, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
