Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 324, 504, 506, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the dispute between the parties was amicably settled in the National Lok Adalat, Biharsharif, Nalanda and petitioner had made payment of Rs. 10 Lac as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4362 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 per the settlement, but now the opposite party no. 2 is again raising the same allegations, as stated in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
