The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner along with two others were arrested with motorcycle suspected to be stolen one. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is only a pillion rider.
