Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 575 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 24(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that petitioner's name has been transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused persons. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
