The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 548 of 2014 registered under Sections 376 (D) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x)(xi) of SC/ST Act.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, it is submitted that victim in her statement recorded under Sections 164 and 161 of Cr.P.C. named these petitioners. However, in her further statement, the victim has not named these petitioners, though, she named these petitioners in her statement recorded on 20. 12. 2014 after more than 20 days of the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
