The issue relates to distribution of Anudan receipt by the State Government. In the matter of dispute as to distribution of fund allocated by the State Government under the Vitta Rahit Siksha Niti, forum is available (State appellate authority) under the Scheme of the Bihar Secondary Examination Board, Regulation 2011 amended by 2013. In view of the above liberty shall available to the petitioner to approach the State appellate Authority. In case such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today along with copy of this order, Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.20223 of 2013(3) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 and entertain and decide the same on its own merits expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the receipt / production of a copy of this order.
