Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, deceased and others had purchased liquor from FIR named co-accused Suraj Sahani @ Suraaj Sahani and intoxicated tablets and other materials were recovered from the above stated co-accused Suraj Sahani @ Suraaj Sahani. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he also used to work with co-accused Suraj Sahani @ Suraaj Sahani. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that mother of the petitioner had filed complaint case bearing Complaint case no. 3330/2013 against local police and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
