The petitioner has been arrested in connection with C.A. Case No. 124 of 2014 registered for offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty even driven her out of her matrimonial house against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the victim and even ready to take with him.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with C.A. Case No. 124 of 2014, subject to condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10956 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 after release of the petitioner, he will take the victim and keep her with due dignity and honour and trial court on being satisfaction that petitioner has taken the victim and keep her with due dignity after four months shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner. However, if the petitioner shall not keep the victim with due dignity then interim bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancel.
