JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to give effect to the notice dated 21.07.2013 as published in newspaper dated 21.07.2013 as the same is contemptuous being in violation of the order dated 25.11.2008 passed in CWJC No. 7000/2008 by this Hon'ble Court and the matter in issue therein is no

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction including a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice, dated 21.07.2013 issued by the Principal Secretary-Cum-State Transport Commissioner, Bihar, Patna and published in daily newspaper dated 21.07.2003, whereby and where under the public transport owners whose vehicles have become 15 years old have been directed to replace them with new vehicles within a period of three months failing which the existing stage carriage permits/their renewal would be cancelled;

(iii) For grant of such other relief/reliefs as the petitioners will be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

2. Mr. Ambuj Nayan Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
