The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 52721 of 2016 and 34162 of 2017. Further submission is that petitioners have clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
