Petitioner, who worked for about a year under the Adult Education Scheme then was removed thereafter. He is approaching the High Court after more than 22 years, seeking direction upon the respondents to regularize his service.

Taking into consideration the period of work, which was about one year, that too in the year 1993, when he was engaged and removed as well as nature of his engagement, no direction can be issued in his favour

Patna High Court CWJC No.1069 of 2014 dt.10-02-2015 2/2 for his regularization under the State.
