Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2015 on the accusation that one six rounder pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, recovery of firearm without any cartridge appears to be meaningless. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya/ concerned court in Paraiya P.S. Case no. 123/2015.
