JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an appeal against the order of dismissal dated 05.03.2018 within a period of two weeks.

In such view of the matter, in case the petitioner files an appeal before the appellate authority i.e. respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the same and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from today by a speaking and reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein.
