The petitioner is accused in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2015, registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of country made stain gun along with two cartridges kept in the Kothi (soil made container) from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to hot talk exchanged in between the Chowkidar and the petitioner, the Police got implicated this petitioner showing recovery of country made stain gun and cartridges from his house. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9043 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 since 04.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
