JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim suggested that this petitioner and Anil asked her to go in the company of Mannu who subsequently established physical relationship and performed marriage with the victim. The medical opinion assessed the age of the victim between 19 to 20 years. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 143 of 2014.
