JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Both these applications arise out of Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.492/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 489B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4614 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/3 learned A.P.P. for the State.

The police got secret information that some persons were indulged in doubling notes and on such information, the police raided the house of Satyendra Pandey and from the pocket of Satyendra Pandey two fake currencies of Rs.500/- and one fake currency of Rs.50/- were recovered and some currency notes and plain papers of different denomination were recovered from his house. It is submitted that the petitioners were also present at the house of Satyendra Pandey and they were also apprehended by the police. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. In similar facts and circumstances, the co-accused Chandeshwar Ram has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.2150/2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettia Mufassil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.492/2014 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
