The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dawath Police Station Case No. 100 of 2016 registered for the offences under sections 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

This petitioner is full brother of the informant. He allegedly assaulted his younger brother by giving knife blow on his chest. The dispute occurred on account of land dispute. The learned Sessions Judge while rejecting the anticipatory bail prayer of this petitioner, has stated that the informant sustained two injuries caused by sharp cut weapon on his chest. Considering the allegation of causing injury by giving repeated blow on the chest of informant against this petitioner, I
