This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Doriganj P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 383, 353, 332, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been refused the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 10.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77396 of 2018, this application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44537 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
