This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 729 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted one of the injured. The petitioner has one antecedent under the NDPS Act.

The petitioner seems to be a drug addict. He is in custody since 14.07.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.180 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.729 of 2023).

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Paliganj Police Station, District- Patna on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
