1. It is not in dispute that the main petition has already been disposed of. However, having found that there are certain things which in the larger public interest is required to be considered, learned Single Judge referred the matter to the Division Bench.

2. We appreciate the anxiety and the concern of the learned Single Judge which can be dealt with in an appropriate case.
