Petitioner, is in jail custody since 27.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and except the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Kadir, there is nothing against him. It has been contended that so far as paragraphs of the case diary referred by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in impugned order are concerned, the aforesaid paragraphs do not indicate any material against the petitioner. It is further contended by him that moreover, the petitioner was remanded in the present case on 27.05.2014, but he

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 G.R. No. 367 of 2014, T.R. No. 3187 of 2014.
