JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner forcibly caught the hand of the informant and attempted to disrobe her. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties are gotiyas. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. Allegation against the petitioner is totally false and concocted. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the

No.48491 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Jamui in Chandramandih P. S. Case No. 168 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
