The petitioner seeks bail in case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended inside the bank and nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner as it appears from the seizure list. From the possession of Dhanu Kumar and Jitendra Kumar, bundles of notes were recovered. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Navin Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1076 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 has already been granted bail by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2014.
