This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506, 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The opposite party no.2 had earlier also registered an F.I.R. against these petitioners in which the petitioners were granted bail. The present case has again been filed by the opposite party no.2 against the petitioners to harass them.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Bihiya P.S.
