2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 361 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2023 and there is recovery of about 94 litres of illicit liquor from the alleged vehicle.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from the alleged vehicle, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
