The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the 12 F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners surrounded the informant and assaulted him by means of lathi, danda and rod, due to which, he sustained injury.

Injury is simple in nature. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48326 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
