The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and except the confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 23-08-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P. Case No. 48 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
